WET BAIN MARIE WITH INDEPENDENT WELLS DROP-IN, 2 x GN1/1

DROP-IN wet bain marie is designed for installation in buffets and all types of food serving systems. The unit enables attractive food presentation while maintaining the ideal temperature to preserve the best nutritional values and taste. The possibility of integrating the bain-marie well into a buffet counter, self-service buffet,or self-service line allows the equipment to blend perfectly with the interior design and architecture.

The bain-marie well is made of stainless steel. A high level of hygiene and easy cleaning are ensured by pressed chambers, rounded inner edges, and a directional bottom slope towards the drain outlet. Independent controls allow individual temperature settings for each well.
The efficient heating system, characterized by fast and even heating, very low thermal inertia, and high reliability, is one of the key advantages of GORT drop-in bain-marie.

Available in four sizes: 2xGN1/1, 3xGN1/1 4xGN1/1 and 5xGN1/1.
